The Tampa office is the proud home to a diverse team of talented individuals that interact with many of our valuable guests. The different work groups in the Tampa office include:
Luxury Desk - this team handles reservation inquiries and processes requests for all of our upscale luxury properties.
Portuguese Desk - this team assists our Portuguese speaking guests with reservations and inquiries.
Redemption Desk - this team is responsible for assisting our valued HHonors Members with reservations and HHonors point redemptions.
Reservation Sales - this team handles reservation inquiries for all of our family of brands (Hilton, Conrad, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, Hampton Inns & Hilton Garden Inns).
Spanish Desk - this team assists our Spanish speaking guests with reservations and inquiries.
UK Desk - this team is responsible for assisting our United Kingdom and Ireland guests with reservations and inquiries.
