Welcome to Hilton Reservations & Customer Care, Hazleton, Pennsylvania. Nestled in the foothills of the Pocono Mountains, our reservation center is truly dedicated to hospitality. Merriam-Webster defines hospitable as "given to generous and cordial reception of guests; or, offering a pleasant and sustaining environment." HRCC Hazleton embraces both definitions. To our guests, we strive to provide the best possible customer service while representing our renowned hotels. Our center is honored to handle calls for various hotels on the East Coast, such as New York City and Washington, D.C.
We offer a cheerful and fun work environment. Our most valuable assets are our employees, and we recognize them with appreciation celebrations, award dinners, company picnics and holiday luncheons.
