A hearty welcome from the Hilton Reservations & Customer Care (HRCC) team in Dallas, Texas! The Dallas office is the proud home to a diverse team of talented individuals that interact with all of Hilton Hotels' guests. Not only is the Dallas office our largest contact center, but it is our Corporate Office, and houses the most diverse workgroup in our contact center network. The different work groups include:
- Reservation Sales - this team handles reservation inquiries for all of our family of brands (Hilton, Conrad, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, Hampton Inns & Hilton Garden Inns).
- HHonors Customer Care - this team is responsible for assisting our valued HHonors Members with questions about their accounts.
- Diamond Desk - this group of team members processes requests from our most important group of guests - our Diamond Members. These guests represent the top 3% of our HHonors Members.
- Member Services - this "behind-the scenes" group is responsible for handling our back-office workload and our email inquiries.
We also have a fantastic leadership team that is dedicated to the success of their team members. Each one of our Development Coaches (Supervisors) is responsible for the performance of approximately 24 team members. Their job is to support their agents so they can in turn provide the world class service we are known for.
