Welcome to HRCC Dallas! The Dallas office is the proud home to a diverse team of talented individuals that interact with all of Hilton Hotels' guests. The Dallas office is our largest contact center.

Work groups include:

• Reservation Sales – sales and service for our entire Hilton portfolio of brands.
• HHonors Customer Service – service to our valued HHonors Members with questions about their accounts.
• Diamond Desk – service requests from our most important group of guests - our Diamond Members.
• Member Services – this "behind-the scenes" group is responsible for handling back-office and email inquiries.
• Guest Assistance – service to over 3800 hotels around the globe to ensure guest satisfaction and enhance customer loyalty.
